Returns & Exchanges
At KSHUPA, we strive to provide the best shopping experience. However, due to hygiene concerns, we do not accept returns or exchanges of opened or used products.
We are not responsible for damages after delivery. However, if you receive a damaged product (broken, leakage, or other issues), you must report it within 24 hours with an unboxing video as proof for a refund or replacement.

Return & Refund Conditions
- All return and exchange requests will be reviewed by KSHUPA.
- Products damaged due to neglect, improper usage, or incorrect application are not eligible for returns.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days and transferred via the original payment method.
Order Cancellations
- You may cancel your order before it is shipped or within 24 hours of placement, whichever comes first.
- If accepted, refunds will be processed within 7 days. Orders already shipped are non-refundable.
- For prepaid orders, cancellations after 2 hours of placement will incur a 30% deduction for processing, shipping, and packaging costs.
No refunds shall be made once goods are sold.
